refund and exchange
NO Cancellation
We don’t accept cancellation once the order has been placed.
NO Refund/exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email or whatsapp with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Given the above, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return- if defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
